Use the rent filter on the search page to set a maximum monthly amount. Listings above your budget will be hidden automatically.

Are all the listings on RoommateAds verified?

Accepted Answer

Posters can optionally complete a free ID-verification step that displays a verified badge on their listings. We do not pre-screen every listing, so always meet potential roommates in person and verify the property before signing a lease.

How fresh are the listings on RoommateAds?

Accepted Answer

Ads stay active for 60 days, then expire automatically. The newest ads always appear first in browse results, and any ad posted in the last three days is marked with a "New" badge.
